SI2 Celebrates U.S. Marine Corps’ 245th Birthday

SI2 designs, develops, and delivers products that enhance the warfighter’s effectiveness against current and emerging threats. Today, we honored the service, both past and present, of all U.S. Marines as we celebrated the 245th birthday of the Corps. It’s one small way that we can pay tribute to the men and women who serve our nation and reflect on the importance of the work we do to assist them in their mission. We are proud to help our warfighters win – and there are no better warfighters than United States Marines. Happy Birthday and Semper Fidelis!

The first and second pieces of cake are usually given to the oldest and youngest Marine to symbolize the passing of knowledge to the next generation. SI2 had to improvise, so Mike Coole, SI2’s CFO got the first piece of cake and staff engineer Nicholas CHillemi received the second!
